About Angela Mercy — disxordkitten

Dark romance and obsession fiction, free to read. Start with The Siren Next Door.

Angela Mercy is the pen name on the covers. The work is published under the house name disxordkitten (yes, with an x), which is also the handle on X and Substack.

The books are adult fiction about want, control, and what people do with both. Chapters 1–3 of all three Abandoned by Owner books are free here, and the books are complete on Ream. Part 1 of Her Perfect Husband is free here, and the rest of the book is on Ream (one tier, $6/month). The Siren Next Door (Parts 1–9) is free to read.

It is shadow work through story. The charge that usually stays locked gets somewhere to go, at the safe distance of invented adults and invented stakes. Story first. Heat that earns the shadow. If a scene is cruel, it is cruel on purpose, and it has to carry the story or it does not stay.

All of it is mine, written on purpose. I don’t water it down and I don’t apologize for what it is.

Custom work is by request: story commissions and literary roleplay.
