House rules

This site is operated by Angela Mercy, writing as disxordkitten (“I”, “me”). By entering you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to view adult sexual content where you live.

Reading is free. The fiction on this site is free to read. You get a personal, non-exclusive license to read it. You do not get the right to copy, scrape, train models on, resell, or publicly post the text. There are no access codes, no shared logins, and no subscription.

Paid work. The only paid work is custom chapters and literary roleplay, arranged after you send a request through the form on the commissions or roleplay page. Nothing is charged through this site. No card processor is connected. Once the brief (or, for roleplay, the limits) is agreed, I send payment details by email and payment happens off-site.

Deposits. For a custom chapter, a 50% deposit is due after the brief is agreed, and the balance is due on delivery. Roleplay is paid only after limits are agreed. Rush work costs 50% more. Pricing for anything not listed on the page is given when I reply to your request.

Revisions. A custom chapter includes one free polish pass. A major change to the agreed brief is treated as a new chapter and priced as one.

What I won’t write. I do not write anyone under 18, and I do not play with minors. I do not write real people who have not consented to be fictionalized. Hard limits are agreed before anything is paid.

I may change or remove pages. The fiction contains non-consensual sex between adult characters, stalking, kidnapping, and violence. If that is not for you, leave. Your use of the site is at your own risk, to the fullest extent the law allows. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reading or failing to access the work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law cannot be waived.

I collect as little as I can. The age gate stores a yes/no flag in localStorage and a first-party cookie named fa_age_verified so you are not asked every visit. That flag does not identify you.

Public story comments are submitted through Netlify Forms and only appear after I review them. Display names are optional. If you send a commission or roleplay request, the form contents (email, package, tone, limits, deadline or timing, and brief) are sent to me the same way and are used only to answer you. I do not sell or share that information. You can ask me to delete it.

Payment for custom work happens off this site, after we agree on the brief or limits. The service you use to pay has its own privacy notice, and it applies when you use it. No card processor is connected to this site.

Hosting (Netlify) sees standard server logs: IP address, browser, pages requested. I do not run ad trackers on this site.

If you email me, I will keep the message long enough to answer it. To ask that an email be deleted, write and say so.

Reading is free, so there is nothing to refund for it.

For paid custom work, I refund a payment only if I fail to deliver what we agreed, or if you are double-charged. If either happens, write to me and I will return that payment.

I do not refund because the finished work is dark, or because you changed your mind about content you already approved in the agreed brief or limits. The one free polish pass is how adjustments are handled.

Every character on this site is a fictional adult, 18 years of age or older. No character is a minor. No scene depicts a minor. I do not write, commission, or host sexual content involving anyone under 18, fictional or otherwise.

Non-consensual sex in this work is a literary device between adult characters. It is not an instruction, and it is not a record of real people.
